Gan & Lee was founded by two close friends and law school mates from Queen Mary University of London, Eugene Gan and KC Lee. Having built their careers at top-tier Malaysian law firms and advised on high-profile corporate, capital markets, civil litigation, and dispute resolution matters, they set out to establish a legal practice that offers the best of both worlds by combining the technical excellence of a big firm with the personal attention and responsiveness of a boutique.
